This program was created during my own pregnancy, trying out each and every movement in all three trimesters. Using my Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist training, I created descriptive exercise demonstration videos that activate the core with the 360 breathing technique and focus on postural alignment.

You will work through monster circuits, timed circuits, supersets, and follow along videos. There are also mobility movements to implement into your daily routine to aid in relaxing the muscles surrounding the pelvis.
